Star Recruitment and Employability Ltd will only share candidate’s personal data with our clients for specific vacancies once we have been given explicit consent to do so.

Star Recruitment and Employability Ltd receive personal data via direct applications for advertised roles via our website or external job boards or when candidates apply directly to us.  We may also use publicly available sources such as job boards and Linkedin to search for candidates.  All our sources are used lawfully.

Star Recruitment and Employability Ltd is committed to ensuring all our data storage is secure and has robust systems in place.  Any documents held by Star Recruitment and Employability Ltd will be stored in our secure database and are accessible by Star Recruitment and Employability Ltd employees. 

How long we will keep your data

We will store personal data for a period from 1 to 6 years unless we receive a ‘right to be forgotten’ request.  The length of time we store personal data will be determined based on the following factors:
